Shipping
When purchasing on the website you can enjoy home delivery
Shipping times are 4-5 business days when the order placement day is not counted.
Shipping cost up to ₪500 – ₪45. Above this amount completely free.

Home Delivery
Please ensure that the details entered are correct when ordering to prevent delivery delays.
Business days are 4-5 delivery days, which are weekdays except holidays, Saturdays/festivals and holiday eves.
Shipments will be delivered to areas reached by the external shipping company and all subject to the external shipping company’s policy including regarding commitment to shipping date.
Please note – shipping time to remote settlements may be extended due to a single delivery day per week.
**Address cannot be changed after transferring the shipment to the external shipping company.
Store Pickup: (service at no cost)

Exchanges/Returns:
At the physical store by prior arrangement.
You must come with the purchase invoice sent to your mobile to make an exchange (order number is not a source for making an exchange in store)
Refund will be made to the credit card that was paid for the purchase – the refund can be seen on the payment method within approximately 14 business days and according to your credit company.
